The last of the tulips are overlapping with the first of the irises. The spring bulbs are my absolute favorite. Plus, the empty for-sale house down the street has huge beautiful lilac bushes in the backyard. I'll admit that I helped myself to a bouquet last weekend.
I love the beginning of the sunny season.

Beautiful flowers! I, too, love love love lilacs. I went for a walk with the kids last week and walked past a big wonderful scented white lilac bush. I gotta get some in my yard sometime. Have a good weekend, Sciencewoman.

So pretty. I sometimes wish the spring flowers would last for longer, but then they wouldn't be so special.
